On its way to Frankfurt

Well here she is in all her Glory (I Hope Tommy, and Andy, think so, at least). The lil' Capo gal done for the Frankfurt tattoo convention (March 2010). I'll post the final version (Text and such), when they approve it all.
On a personal note. IM really hoping to paint a bunch more, now that I've moved my studio to the new space at Hope. IM really hoping to expand my style, and work in the coming months. So keep an eye peeled.

On its way

Well Finally got some time to do a bit of painting this week. Heres some shots of the piece in progress, as well as shots of my new studio space at Hope.
The space is pretty cool, literally. Its used to be an old refrigerated walk in box, complete with big ass, super heavy weight door. Still need ta liven the place up a bit, but its workin well for now.
The painting, is being done for my friend Andy Schmidt outta Germany. It'll be used as a promotional poster for the Frankfurt Tattoo Convention 3/2010
She's done in Airbrush acrylics, Alcohol markers, and Colored pencils. IM hoping to put the finishing touches on her in the days to come.

Stuff

Well some big doings, for yours truly. New shop, new business card, and all that. IM kinda leaving the Hope (Bleeding Eyed), Virgin Mother behind. & starting to use the Hope Nurse as my new Mascot.
Next I have the release of my newest sketch book thru Presto Publishing. Its entitled "Knock Yerself Out", and is set to be released in the next 2 weeks. IM hoping to have a book signing at an event up here in the North East. But time will tell on that one. So will I. If I get the OK, and we can get advanced copies for this upcoming event, than I'll be shouting from the rooftops. So keep an ear out.

New Pencil thingy....

Hey all, well I've made myself a bit productive over the last couple of days, and knocked out this little pencil drawing for the west coasts Big Gus. Swell kid from the LA area, who's putting together a book where some of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
I believe its being called, Best of Black and Grey. Features mainly Black, and Grey tattooists. And while IM not known for the black and grey work. Gus thought to ask me to take part.
So while IM waiting for the Eggplant Parmesan to come outta the oven, I decided to throw her up for ya to peruse.

Enjoy
